NEW HOUSE!!!

Here are pictures of our new house...finally!  Some of the pictures are dark because the lighting isn't very good in those rooms but we are going to work on that. We love our house and neighborhood so we are glad we made the plunge to buy our own home:)  Quiet dead end street with a park.  We also got an amazing deal because the previous homeowners had to sell so we lucked out!

1st door on the left---Memphis'/guest bathroom.  Memphis' first word was duck so I thought it would be fun to have a duck bathroom.

2nd door on left---Master bedroom right.  Our bed is so huge it takes up most of the room.  Sorry about the mess and unmade bed!

I like it dark when i sleep.

Our master bathroom.  Love having our own bathroom and a bathtub because we didn't in our last apartment.  This is on the left side of our bedroom.

1st door on right---We call it the purple room.  It is my scrapbook music room for right now but soon to be our baby girl's room!!!  I am going to have to move all my stuff down to the basement.  This is the view from the door way with a closet on the left and all my scrapbook stuff.

2nd door on right---Memphis' bedroom left side.  Crib will be gone soon for our new baby girl so I am going to find a fun theme and redecorate his room with his new bed!

Our huge backyard (.4 acre).  This is what sold the house for Danny.  We love it.  We just need to weed and landscape a little and add some playthings for the kids!  It took me four pictures to get a full view of the backyard from the back door outside the dining room.  This is the far right side.

We have the train tracks behind our house but we have gotten used to the few trains we don't even really notice them anymore.

We want to put a garden in the left corner.

Back of house-sliding glass doors lead to dining room.  Access to garage through door on the right.  We wanted to extend the concrete for our patio to the right.

We have a large side yard to the side of our house and the blue fence opens up all the way so Danny wants to gravel the side yard and extend it into the backyard so he can put a shed and have room for all his cars he works on as side jobs.  

Well, that's our new house!

Memorial Day Weekend

We drove to BLANDING for the Memorial Day weekend to spend time with Danny's family.

Memphis has always done great driving for long periods of time.  Blanding is about a 5 hour drive.  Good thing we have a TV and DVD player.  He loved watching his favorite movie CARS!

Just some fun pictures to share...

2nd ultrasound today and the baby actually cooperated this time.  It is officially a GIRL!  Baby's room is already painted purple---now just need clothes and a NAME!

I finally got my hair cut and highlighted for the summer.  I hate long hair!  My cousin always does a great job!

Memphis discovered that he can actually reach the light switch in the hall.  Now he won't stop flickering it when he goes up and down the stairs!

This is PD (short for Puppy Dog).  I always call it Puppy and Memphis always calls it Dog.  It is a black lab mixed with a weiner dog.  Little legs and long body but looks like a lab.

This is Brodie our miniature Chihuahua.  He is my favorite!  Scared of everything but good mannered and likes to curl up and cuddle:)

We are actually trying to get rid of our puppies.  They were given to us as gifts and yes we want pets in the future just not now.  We can't really give them the attention they need and with Memphis and another baby on the way it would be better if they had a new home.  My sister is supposed to be coming to get Brodie but if anyone wants or knows anyone who wants PD let me know they can have him for free!

Just a cute picture of my twin sisters (Alicia and Annalyn) with the puppies and Memphis:)  We had fun when they came to visit.

Well, we have had a lot going on (Me finally done with teaching, Danny working more hours, and Memphis growing up) I have a lot more pictures of our current events but will post them later.  UPCOMING:  Memphis had his first haircut, our trip to Blanding, and finally pictures of our new house!

Baby #2 Its a.............?

GIRL?  Literally with a ?!  The baby would not stay still long enough and the cord was in the way.  But the glimpses the doctor caught he said is sure it is a girl.  He just wants to look again for sure in 4 weeks.  I was so looking forward to going shopping but I guess I have to wait:)  Oh well, I am excited to hear the word girl:)  Memphis is going to have a little sister to be protective of (or beat up) one of the two!
