The weekend before Valentine's Day Danny surprised me and set up a surprise date. It was so wonderful and he did a great job keeping it a surprise. He planned it with his sister so she could babysit. He took me out to a yummy dinner at Outback Steakhouse but the wait was 90 min so we went couch shopping for our new basement couch. We found the one we wanted but decided to keep shopping around to be sure. So glad we did. We found the exact same couch but $300 cheaper at a different store YAY!
On Valentine's Day we did our tradition of heart shape mini pizzas (Danny makes the best dough) and we watched a movie after. Love my little family!
Danny was mad I took a picture of him ha ha!
Our basement is slowly getting finished and we finally have walls. YAY oh and our favorite part...a big soaker tub. I am getting excited!
I finally finished this 1,000 piece puzzle I got for Christmas
I have been reading a lot to keep up with my 100 book reading goal (and I got sick but that's another post) and this is my new favorite book. LOVED IT. If you haven't read it yet you should! So good. My van hit 100,000 miles and it seemed like everything decided to go out at the same time. We usually trade in our vehicles when his happens but our van is paid off so we don't want to get another vehicle with a car payment and everything that went out was still under warranty. It took a week for them to fix our van so they let Danny borrow a 2016 Dodge Challenger. He wanted to keep it. So fun to drive but sorry Danny. Danny let me drive his truck all week and me and the kids had fun with that.
I got my birthday present early. So did Danny. He got a Playstation 4 and I got a new Apple Watch. Love it!
My nephew James is growing up fast. Already 2 months. I am driving up to Washington to visit him for my spring break. I am so excited to meet him and hold him.
And I get to see my other nephew Max as well during my spring break. Can't wait.
Well, March started off awful and I just hope it goes by fast. Is it spring yet? Getting sick of these freezing temps and snow. Bring on the warmer weather!
