Preschool Graduation

Memphis and Kayzee had their last day of Preschool at Lone Peak High School Camelot Kids last Friday.  It was an amazing program and their teachers were AMAZING.  I am going to miss them because they did so much for my kids.  Memphis is ready for kindergarten knowing all letters and sounds and he can read simple sight words and he can do simple math.  Kayzee loved making friends and loved all the fun arts and craft projects they did.  I still have school this week, my last day is this Friday so my sister-in-law Nita who is living with us is watching Memphis and Kayzee.  They are having fun playing with her!

This last weekend was Memorial Day weekend.  We did a lot of relaxing at home.  It was a nice break.  Here is a picture of Daddy and Kayzee that I snapped taking a Saturday afternoon nap...

Danny's parents stopped by to spend the night one night and on Monday we went bowling.  Memphis got a strike!!!  He was so excited:)

Memphis has been saying some funny things lately so I had to record them somewhere...

Danny: "Memphis, you are driving me nuts!" 

Memphis: "Driving nuts?  I am not driving any nuts...I am not old enough to drive yet!"

Memphis: "10 years ago when I was 4 years old..."  I can't even remember what the context of this conversation was but he said this so seriously it was funny.

I forgot to ask Memphis his birthday questions for his 5th birthday.  Oops.  I mainly just want them for our family journal so here they are...

5. Favorite thing to eat for lunch?  chicken knucks (still calls them that!) and carrots

7. Favorite game?  Mario Kart on the wii

8. Favorite snack?  chocolate ice cream

9. Favorite animal?  lion "roooooaaaarrr"

10. Favorite song? good night sleep tight song mommy sings to me every night

11. Favorite book?  EVERY book!

12. Who is your best friend?  Charly (girl at his preschool)

13. Favorite cereal?  cocoa roos

14. Favorite thing to do outside?  play baseball!

15. Favorite drink?  Root Beer

16. Favorite holiday?  Thanksgiving because I like turkey

17. What do you like to sleep with at night?  my puppy

18. Favorite thing to eat for breakfast?  banana and cereal

19. What do you want for dinner on your birthday?  cake!

20. What do you want to be when you grow up?  play real boy baseball and be famous!
